1. Etisalat Balance Transfer by Code
- Dialing *100*Mobile Number*Sharing Amount#
- Example: If you want to send 50 AED, simply dial *100*05XXXXXXXX*50#
- The recipient should receive a text confirming message the credit transfer to their Etisalat sim account.
2. Send Etisalat Balance by My Etisalat App
Sharing balance through the Etisalat app is quick and simple, but you must be logged in and ensure you have sufficient balance before starting.
Steps to Share Balance via the Etisalat App:
- Open the Etisalat app on your mobile device and log in to your account.
- From the menu sidebar, select the “Share Balance” option.
- Enter the recipient’s full mobile number (with country code, if applicable) and enter the amount you wish to share.
- You may receive a One-Time Password (OTP) — enter it to confirm the transfer.
- Once sent, both you and the recipient will receive a confirmation message.
Troubleshooting:
- If the balance is not transferred, check the SMS notification for details.
- Sometimes users don’t receive a message even if the balance is deducted — this is common.
- In such cases, check your balance; if it has been deducted, the transfer will likely be completed shortly.

Important Note:
The sender will be charged a transaction fee of 5.25% (5% VAT included) of the transferred amount.
For Example, if Mobile A transferred AED 200 to Mobile B, Mobile A would be charged AED 210.50 (AED 200 + AED 10.50) while Mobile B would receive AED 200.
How to Transfer Etisalat Data Balance
Both prepaid and postpaid Etisalat numbers are eligible to use the data balance or Internet transfer service, which allows transfers of up to 5GB of data per transfer in postpaid and multiples of 100MB in prepaid. From monthly plans of 1GB or more, a maximum of 5 data transfers can be made, provided the sender’s remaining quota doesn’t fall below 100MB. There are two ways to transfer the balance:
- Dialing #100*ReceiverNumber*DataInMB# (for example, dial #100*05XXXXXXXX*2000# to transfer 2GB data to receiver’s number 05XXXXXXXX)
- Through My Etisalat app

Transferred data validity: Consumed Data allowance and other regular data before 10 days.
Etisalat Transfer Balance to International Number
Etisalat provides international balance transfers to other international prepaid numbers from Etisalat. With this service, locals can recharge any other prepaid accounts abroad or transfer the balance to loved ones back home.
Sent your international prepaid number (for example: 9198XXXXXXXX) to 1700 (free)
Note:
- The Etisalat service provider will respond with all the denominations offered in the recipient’s country along with their prices in dirhams (AED).
- Before sending a payment, the sender must ensure that their Wasel/postpaid account has enough balance.
Pasaload Etisalat Credit Sharing in the UAE
Pasaload is Etisalat’s balance transfer service in the UAE, officially known as “Etisalat Credit Sharing.” It allows users to easily transfer mobile credit to friends, family, or loved ones — both within the UAE and internationally.

Share Etisalat Balance Internationally (Credit Transfer)
Etisalat allows you to send mobile credit to your friends and family living abroad in your home country. Here’s how you can do it:

You can transfer the balance internationally via the dialer:
- Open your phone dialer and enter

- Enter the recipient’s mobile number, including the country code
